The core basic functions of the Platform include corporate introduction, product display, news updates and collection of potential business cooperation opportunities. Please note that we may collect and use your personal information only when you use the following specific functions.
(1) Extended Function: "Contact Us / Consult Us"
When you use the "Consult Us" function, we collect the following information to respond to your inquiries promptly and establish business communication:Mandatory fields (marked with ): Name, Email Address*, Contact Phone Number*, Enterprise/Organization You Represent*, Products/Services You Wish to Inquire About (Large Model Services, ComfyUI Workflow Hosting), Specific Business Requirements;Non-mandatory field: Submission Channel (Infinigence, Mosu Space, Wuhan Computing Power Platform).
Mandatory information is required to contact you and address your specific demands. After you submit the information, our staff will reach out via your contact details to discuss potential cooperation. If you include third-party business data or personal information in your message, you must ensure you have obtained legal consent from the relevant third parties beforehand.
We operate the Mosu and Wuhan Computing Power Platforms in partnership with Shanghai Mosu Space and Wuhan Public Computing Power Service Platform respectively. If you submit data via the Mosu or Wuhan Computing Power Platform channels, Shanghai Mosu Space and Wuhan Public Computing Power Service Platform may access your submitted data. We may also transfer your data to them for subsidy application, administrative management or other official purposes. We will provide you with a separate Personal Information Sharing Authorization Form to obtain your specific consent for such data access and transfer as required by law.
This information is not necessary for the operation of the Platform’s basic core functions, and you are not obligated to provide it. Refusal to supply such information will not impair your use of the Platform’s basic functions.
(2) Exceptions Where Consent Is Not Required
In compliance with applicable laws, regulations and national standards, we may process your personal information without your prior consent under the following circumstances:
Necessary for entering into or performing a contract concluded between us and you;
Necessary for fulfilling statutory duties or obligations, including matters directly related to national security, national defense security, criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and judgment enforcement;
Necessary to respond to public health emergencies, or to protect natural persons’ life, health and property safety in emergency situations;
Reasonable processing of personal information for news reporting and public opinion supervision in the public interest;

III. Entrusted Processing, Sharing, Transfer and Public Disclosure of Your Personal Information
(1) Sharing
We will not share your personal information with any companies, organizations or individuals outside Infinigence-AI except in the following scenarios:
We have obtained your explicit prior consent or authorization;
Disclosure is mandatory under applicable laws, legal procedures, mandatory administrative or judicial requirements;
Sharing is reasonably necessary to protect the legitimate interests, property or safety of Infinigence-AI, its affiliates, partners, you, other Platform users or the general public from damage, within the scope permitted by law;
Sharing your information is required to deliver the core functions of our products/services or fulfill your service requests;
You request us to assist in resolving disputes or conflicts involving you and other parties;
Disclosure complies with signed agreements (including electronic online agreements and platform rules) or other legal documents with you;
For academic research purposes;
For legitimate social public interest purposes in compliance with laws.
We may share your personal information with our affiliates, but only the minimum information required, subject to the processing purposes set out in this Policy and with your consent and authorization as required by law. If our affiliates intend to change the purpose of processing your personal information, they will seek your separate authorization again.
At present, the Platform does not share your or your organization’s information with third parties, nor does it integrate any third-party software development kits (SDKs) to implement functions. If we need to share personal information with third parties or integrate third-party SDKs in the future for legal, legitimate, necessary, specific and clear purposes, we will obtain your consent in accordance with the law and update the Third-Party Information Sharing List and Third-Party SDK Directory displayed at the bottom of the Platform website.
For all future third parties with whom we share personal information, we will sign strict confidentiality agreements requiring them to process personal information in accordance with our instructions, this Policy and all applicable security and confidentiality measures. For sensitive personal data, we mandate third parties to adopt data desensitization and encryption technologies to better protect user data. Please note that refusal to permit sharing may disrupt the normal operation of certain services if such sharing is essential for us and third parties to deliver those functions.
(2) Transfer

In the event of merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation that involves the transfer of personal information, we will require the new holder of your personal information to remain bound by this Privacy Policy. If the collection and processing practices set out in this Policy change in any way, the new holder will re-obtain your authorization and consent.

All your personal information is stored on secure servers within controlled, protected facilities.
We have established dedicated management systems, processes and governance structures to safeguard information security, including access control mechanisms that strictly limit the scope of personnel authorized to access personal information. All employees and third-party service providers authorized to access your data are bound by strict contractual confidentiality obligations, with disciplinary or liability consequences for breaches. We also deploy dedicated access controls for cloud-based data storage.
We take all reasonable and feasible steps to avoid collecting irrelevant personal information. Your personal information will only be retained for the minimum period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless extended retention is permitted or required by law.
While we implement all viable safeguards to protect your personal information, please recognize that the Internet environment cannot be guaranteed 100% secure. Our processing of personal information breaches our agreement with you;
You cease using our products/services or cancel your account;
We discontinue providing products or services to you.
Upon receipt of your deletion request, we will process the deletion and send you a response within 15 working days (excluding data we are legally required to retain).
After you or we assist you in deleting relevant information, technical and legal constraints may prevent immediate full removal from backup systems. We will securely isolate and store your personal information until backups can be fully erased or anonymized.
(3) Right to Modify or Revoke Consent
Certain basic personal information is required to operate each business function. Where we process your personal information based on your consent, you may adjust the scope of your authorization or withdraw consent at any time. If you wish to transfer your stored personal information to another platform, enterprise or organization, we will provide transfer channels where legally permissible. Submit a request via the above contact channels, specifying the scope of information to be transferred and basic details of the receiving party (platform/enterprise/organization name, transfer method, etc.). Please note that transfer requests only apply to personal information you voluntarily provided or information collected pursuant to a contract between us. We reserve the right to charge reasonable fees to cover costs incurred for data transfer.
(5) Response to Your Requests
To protect data security, you must provide written documentation or other identity verification proof when submitting requests via customer service channels. We will validate your identity before processing your application. All written requests will receive a formal response within 15 working days.
We will fulfill reasonable requests free of charge. If third-party costs are incurred, you will bear such expenses upon presentation of supporting documentation. We reserve the right to charge reasonable administrative fees for excessive, repetitive or unreasonable requests.
(6) Circumstances Where We Cannot Fulfill Your Requests
We may decline to process your requests in compliance with applicable laws under the following circumstances:
Compliance would impede our performance of statutory legal obligations;
The request relates directly to national security or national defense security;
The request relates directly to public safety, public health or major public interests;
The request relates directly to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial or judgment enforcement;
We possess sufficient evidence that you have acted with malicious intent or abused your rights as a data subject;
Fulfilling the request would endanger the life, property or major personal rights and interests of you or other individuals, and consent cannot reasonably be obtained;
Fulfilling the request would cause severe harm to the legitimate rights and interests of you, other individuals or organizations;

VI. Minor Protection
This Platform only provides services to natural persons aged 18 or above with full civil capacity and civil rights capacity. If you are under 18 years of age, please cease use of our services immediately.
We will not actively collect personal information from minors. If we inadvertently collect personal information of minors without knowledge, please contact us via the channels specified in Section IX, and we will delete such information promptly.
VII. Storage of Your Personal Information
Storage Location
In compliance with laws and regulations, all personal information we collect about you will be stored within the territory of the People’s Republic of China.
